Alishia Decker, FNP is a family nurse practitioner who joined the Institute of Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy team in 2021. Alishia looks forward to assisting new and existing patients of the practice with their bioidentical hormone replacement, wellness needs, and preventative health goals.
Alishia earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Midwestern State University and is certified as a nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with a focus in family practice. Alishia brings more than sixteen years of nursing experience to the practice and is trained in the field of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
Alishia strives to help her patients feel their best and achieve optimal health goals. Her favorite part about her job is getting to know her patients. Alishia prides herself in assisting men and women strategize hormone replacement treatment plans to meet individual health goals.
When she is not working, Alishia enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is dedicated to maintaining current standards of practice. Alishia spends time researching evidence-based measures of maintaining optimal health.
